It’s January, now what?

Do you feel optimistic about the year ahead, or are you filled with fear?

Will you let your environment take you on an emotional rollercoaster?

Decide now that the only journey you’ll give your attention to during 2017 is your personal one.

If you’re smart you’ll already have a strategy – crucially knowing what you want to achieve, experience & contribute – otherwise known as the ‘goal’. If you’re not happy with elements of your life right now, decide what actions you need to take to move from where you are to where you want to be. If you have tried making changes but continue to struggle, my book (available here) covers the 4 major limiting factors in our lives & how to break through them. I don’t promise to have all the answers but it’s vital you’re aware of the limiting factors which are controlling you so you can equip yourself with tools to overcome them.

You have an incredible opportunity this year to make some major progress in your own life – spend your time well. It’s crucial to remember that your time is limited – whatever stage of life you’re at, you have the chance to optimise and prioritise. I also urge you to question everything and learn to decide for yourself what works for you and what is going to serve you. If you’d like some inspiration, consider reading this 11 page PDF which reflects on the first meditations from Descartes.
